May Day, 2022, cycling in Lhasa (the 31st day)

On the 31st day of riding Sichuan-Tibet, May 31, in Ranwu Town, Basu County, Yin Province, it took 99.52 kilometers (including 40 kilometers by taxi), took 4 hours and 44 minutes, crossed the Anjoula Mountain, with an altitude of 4467 meters, a climb of 1362 meters, and a total mileage of 2537.52 kilometers.

Several riders carpooled to Ranwu for various reasons in the morning before leaving.

I thought my bike was OK, so I insisted on riding according to my own principles.

Not far from the town of Basu, I felt it was very difficult to climb the slope.

The rear wheels swung very hard.

I continued to ride about 20 kilometers, but I couldn’t climb the slope.

I contacted the owner of Basu Hotel to ask for help to call a car, and took a taxi 40 kilometers to the pass of Anjiula Mountain, The driver kept mobilizing all the way to get directly to Bomi.

I felt that the slope was still basically able to walk, so I insisted on only reaching the pass.

The pass of Anjiula Mountain is very special.

It doesn’t feel like it’s on the top of the mountain.

It’s like a small plain.

Then it slopes for more than 30 kilometers, and you can reach Ranwu Town at 1 noon.

Stay at the Xinya Hotel of the 57th Alliance.

Ranwu Lake, located in Ranwu Township, Basu County, is a barrier lake formed by landslide or debris flow blocking the river.

Ranwu Lake is divided into upper and lower Ranwu Lake.

Tomorrow’s meeting in Bomi will pass through lower Ranwu Lake.

After lunch, I saw a cyclist riding to Ranwu Lake.

I also decided to unload my luggage and ride to the lake.

The lake is less than 10 kilometers away from the town.

The mountains around the lake are steep, and many peaks with an altitude of more than 5000 meters have developed glaciers; The slope near the lake at the foot of the mountain is covered with verdant pines and cypresses.

The Ranwu Lake, surrounded by the green shadows of the mountains, is particularly quiet and charming.

The mirror-like surface of the lake reflects the snow peaks, green forests and blue sky and white clouds around it.

The scenery is extremely charming, forming a unique and magnificent landscape of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, which makes people feel relaxed and happy to return to nature.

After playing by the lake for more than two hours, I went back to the hotel and went to the street with Sister Yang to eat noodles.

At night, I carried the car to the room for careful inspection.

It turned out that the spokes of the rear wheels were not tightened, and the loose hands could be twisted.

The problem was finally found.

Sister Yang helped me find a big brother from Sichuan who had a wrench with the upper spokes.

After more than an hour, I finally could not affect my riding.

It must be no problem to go to Bomi, After solving this problem, I feel a lot easier.

I really don’t know how to go if I don’t let the next 130 kilometers to Bomi.

When we got here, the car couldn’t climb the slope.

We waited for the car here and took a 40km ride to Yakou.

We took a picture of the road on the car.

We soon got to Yakou.

It was a pity that the 40km ride was so bad.

In our heart, we scolded the unscrupulous car shop technician for the 4467m Anjiula Mountain, the 12th building on the Sichuan-Tibet Railway with an altitude of about 4000m, (Zheduo Mountain is 4298 meters, Golsi Mountain is 3940 meters, Jianziwan Mountain is 4288 meters, Nimagong Mountain is 4668 meters, Kela Mountain is 4718 meters, Haizi Mountain is 4685 meters, Zongla Mountain is 4150 meters, Lawu Mountain is 4376 meters, Jueba Mountain is 3911 meters, Dongda Mountain is 5130 meters, and Yela Mountain is 4671 meters) The pass of Anjiula Mountain is very unique, There is a long stretch of flat road before going downhill.

At least three or four kilometers of flat road before going downhill.

Now there are many sections of the Sichuan-Tibet line that used to slide or collapse.

Such protective open holes have been built.

It is less than one o’clock in the afternoon that it is clear that Ranwu is the junction point of the Yunnan-Tibet Bingcha line and 318.

In the afternoon, you can go to Ranwu by bike, Beautiful picture appreciation begins ************************************************************************************!
