In this regard, the Guangzhou traffic police said that the online distribution of electric bicycles that have made an appointment with the traffic management department of the public security organ is not limited by Article 1 of this circular.

After the optimization and adjustment of the policy, Guangzhou will carry out information registration of online distribution vehicles, drivers, license plates, affiliated enterprises and other materials.
