At around 4:00 pm recently, the traffic police of Baoding Public Security Traffic Management Zhuozhou Brigade found four teenagers driving electric bicycles without wearing helmets as required while on duty under the west to east highway bridge on Chaoyang Road.
The traffic police immediately went forward to investigate the situation.
