Documentary of Riding Changjiang Mumian Avenue with Hainan Oriental Cycling Association Cycling Team
On the morning of January 25th, the author accompanied the cycling team of Hainan Oriental Cycling Association to ride on the “Cotton Tree Avenue” in Egang Village, Wulie Town, Changjiang Li Autonomous County, Hainan Province, to admire the sea of cotton flowers.
The so-called “Cotton Tree Avenue” is a section of the 311 Provincial Highway from Wulie Town to Egong Village, with thousands of cotton trees planted on both sides of the several kilometer long road.
It is currently the season of flowering, and some of the kapok flowers here have already bloomed, while others are in bud and waiting to bloom.
The fiery red kapok flowers form a sea of flowers, attracting people to come and enjoy the scenery.
