The theme of this invitation to participate in the 2023 China PMO&PM Conference is “PMO’s Support for Organizational Strategy”.
Strategy is the core and direction of an organization’s operation.
It is an important responsibility of a PMO organization to plan and implement the organization’s strategy well, especially in terms of implementation.
